What does it mean when a girl says "you're good company?"?

Anonymous
Me and this girl were talking and she just said it: "You're good company, [my name here]."

She's the kind of girl that can sit in a room alone and never say a word to anyone. She sits with me. She talks to me. (She started talking to me a lot more when me mate let it slip that I like her but that's nothing I wouldn't tell her anyway.) I can make her laugh. In fact, that's how I first noticed her. She was at the next table over while I was blathering with me mate and I heard her laughing at the jokes my mate wasn't getting.

She's gorgeous but that's secondary to her intelligence which makes me want to be around her.

Look obviously I want there to be meaning behind what she said but I guess it doesn't matter as long as she keeps laughing and smiling (and sitting with me). But do you think it meant something? It's the first real "compliement" (for lack of a better term) she's given me other than that I'm funny.

I should also point out that she and I have no other interaction outside of the breakroom even though I've given her my number (she'll not give me hers). She does sit with me though. She doesn't sit alone anymore. (Unless I am not there.)

I have no chance, do I?

P. S. - I'm not happy that this system doesn't understand that "quote?" Is a proper way to end that! It kept saying must have question mark at the end. It does! Crappy system forcing bad grammar! The coder should be ashamed!
