Okay, so I'm a bartender at a restaurant. "Bruce" is a To-go specialist. We both started out as hosts about a year ago, and when we started I was a mega bitch to him and mostly everyone else (was at a really bad time in my life). I've changed things at l around and am back to my normal giddy self, so I've helped Bruce out a few times while he's super busy and we've started talking a little. There has been a couple times when he will stay around after he's clocked out and talk to me, asking questions and joking around. Normally he leaves as quick as possible. We've both addressed the fact that I was a bitch to begin with, and we are over it. I've started crushing on Bruce on the last month or so, and I want to see if he wants to hang out outside of work (maybe catch a Redwings game since we are both fans), but I have very little dating experience and don't want to make things awkward. Any help would be appreciated!
