Hmmmm it really depends on the relationship built beforehand. I mean if it's a girl you have just started talking to, if more than likely will scare her off ha but if you've taken the time to get to know her/develope something with her, she may feel comfortable with it. I personally love talking about it with my boyfriend, but when guys in the past have tried (when they have just met me) it totally creeped me out ha
I don't love it, but it can be fun if you get along with the guy and you know he's not being serious about it... until it gets serious and becomes hot and you start thinking about those things you were just joking about... :$

In a a long term realtionship I would say yes, it does´t have to be real dirty talk but we like you guys to now and then tell us that you still think we´re sexy etc.
If she likes you she would love talking dirty... I think you should go for it anyway because it shows you have edge and you are not afraid to offend her even
