Sexual Health Woman flashed me, what does she really want?

So the long and short of it, I work as a garbage man for a small company. One client of ours is apparently notorious for flashing the guys a bit that come to the garage to pick up the trash. Today was the first day I met her, and will be at her house twice to three times a week all summer. Knowing this, she very overtly showed me her ass. Specifically, she comes out of the house as I'm in the garage grabbing the rubbish. It's beach season and she's in what looks like a bikini with one of those sorta sheer beach dresses over it. She's smiles big and says hi, walks past and goes over to her SUV. She then reaches up and into it, in the process turning her back to me, raising her arms up enough to lift the dress so that the bottom comes up just enough to give me a really good glimpse of her bum. I don't think she was wearing any bottom from what I saw. She stays like that for a few seconds then as I walk past, obviously staring at her butt, she turns around and gives me the biggest smile ever. She definitely did it on purpose. Before I leave I chat with her for a minute, she's really nice and conversational and all that. Then as I'm backing out she goes into the sun again, giving me yet another good look at her lower half. She's older than me, I'm mid 20s and she's early 40s it looks. Is she just trying feel like she's desirable by showing off a bit or do you think she wants more? I'm definitely intrigued and was trying to think of ways to initiate more without being a creepy douche. At the risk of sounding conceded I'm relatively handsome and am in really good physical shape so I'm inclined to think she would want more but I don't want to be presumptuous either. Women, what do you think her angle is? Guys, what would you do in my situation? Anyone, ideas how I should initiate more?
