Should I follow my crush on Instagram?

So I met this guy 2-3 weeks ago and we talk enough for him to know who I am (like once a day-ish), but we're not really that close. I really like him though and I want to follow him on Instagram, but since nobody else I know follows him and I don't really know any of his friends I'm afraid I would look kind of creepy. Should I follow? And if not, how long should I wait until I should? He's kind of quiet and hard to get closer to irl.

I don't know what that usually means to follow someone on instagram but unless your going to try and date him then I don't advise it. It will only make your crush on him worse.

It's Instagram people follow random a getting friend request it not that big of a deal plus liking all his pics is subtle way to let him know you're into him
