I'm not good at anything to do with flirting, so when someone does it to me, I would have no idea.
But recently, a friend of mine that I met only about a month ago has become very touchy feely with me, hugging me and touching me every few minutes or putting his hand on my lower back and coming up with an excuse to do so (he said his hands were cold whilst we were outside and I was wearing a thick coat but when he switched hands, he went from just having his hand on my back to it being almost around my waist and him slightly pulling me in). He also teases me a lot. For example, I recently got my fiver stuck in a cash machine and I was rather annoyed, he was there at the time and teased me about it for the whole time we were there whilst hugging me and generally touching me every five minutes, almost as if he would use any excuse to touch me.
I just want to either confirm my suspicions or hear counter arguments about what is happening.
