Is it possible to turn a fuckboy into a boyfriend?

So my friend has had a crush on this guy for about two years now and she basically didn't know him personally until last summer, when they were together at a few parties. They talked briefly after that and judging by the way he talked to her I honestly thought he fancied her. Shortly after, we found out that he might be a fuckboy, because we saw him making out with other girls at a few parties later in the summer and in early autumn. Eventually this guy found out about my friend's crush on him and he said he wasn't really interested, yet he suddenly stopped hooking up with other girls which we took as a sign that he might change his mind very soon (He used to be with at least one girl per night). My friend is really curious to know what could he possibly be thinking? Should she stop trying? Is there still hope that he might change his mind, and if so, what are some good ways to get his attention/make him interested?

He said he's not interested , leave it at that and tell her to not try and change or continue to pursue him. If he is a known fuckboy, sure in 5-10 years he might settle down, not 2 weeks after meeting her at a party , no. If he stopped hooking up with other girls , did you think he may be talking or having a crush on a different girl or trying to pursue her?

In my opinion... no... he should change because he wants to change and better himself. Your friend can't force him to change. He should want to do it himself. Guys only put in work for girls that they actually care about sometimes... just my opinion

You can't change a person. I doubt he changed. Shit probably happened between him and the other girls because they got played by him. Tell your friend to stop immediately. She's going to be hurt.

Here's the thing - you can't turn a guy into anything. Guys change if and when we feel like it, but it is very rare for a guy to totally change their nature.
