Have you ever had a crush on a teacher/professor?

I have a really cute and young math professor, and I think several girls in my class have a crush on him. There's always a giggle or two when he says something weird/silly.

Girls are constantly in his office during his office hours, and one girl in my class purposefully missed 3 days of class just so she could go to his office to get help from him lol.

Have you ever been attracted to your teacher/professor?

What was she/he like?

Do you think it's more common for girls or guys to be attracted to their instructor? If so why?

Oh and if there are any teachers/professor/instructors reading this-Can you tell when a student has a crush on you? Is it disturbing? XD

LOL I had a crush on my student teacher when I was 12. He was only in our class for a month though :( basically he was only 24 and really good looking. I remember that all the girls in my class would compete to see who he liked best. Once I made him carry my bag to class when I saw him in the hallway because I said it was too heavy.

Its actually a fun thing to think about but looking back on it I feel kinda embarrassed because he probably thought why is this 12 year old girl bothering me all the time :P If I ever saw him again id probably run for cover.

Actually my best friend had a crush on my student teachers when I was like in the 6th or 7th grade. She wasn't in the same class as me but she would always hang out in the doorway and try to come in the class everyday during homeroom just so she could see him lol

I'm almost 14 and have had a crush on the same teacher since he came to my school (3 years) so yeahh, he's 37. I don't think I'll ever know why this happened but he's just attractive to me and I can't help it. I wouldn't say it's because of his appearance, mostly personality. Sadly I'm finishing this school in a month and I don't know what am I going to do on the math lessons without him lol. I just came back from the field trip, he was one of the teachers who were taking care of us. I was literally staring at him all the time. That just feels so weird especially when you know he's much older, that would be a crime etc. So as a teenage girl I think I could say we don't know why we feel like that too
