Am I just another girl to him?

I just started going out with this guy, and he tells me he likes me a lot all the time, and compliments me and everything, but I just can't get it out of my head that he might say this to every girl. I don't know if its just because he's my first serious relationship, but I can't help but think if he said this to his other girlfriends and everything.

I want to know how he feels about me being a virgin and everything being new to me, but I can't just ask him that..

So am I the same as any other girl he's been with before?

It's natural to have those thoughts, but don't show your insecurities. Yes he probably complimented all of his ex's like that, else why would he have dated them.
