Is she trying to make me jealous?

Some background for you on the relationship between me and her.

This female constantly will stare at me when I'm "not looking", and when I look at her she disconnects eye contact fast. (looking downwards or away to the side)

She sometimes sits right in front of me and makes an effort to turn her head and look behind her *at me* with peripheral vision (even when there's nothing interesting going on back there and it's kinda obvious)

Whenever I enter a room anything she just seems to hold eye contact a bit longer then usual but whenever I notice she seems to try and look away.

When he break off into groups in class she will go out of her way to choose groups OTHER then mine.

She definitely has told her friends about me interested in her. When I glance over @ her she pulls out her phone and ill notice that other females will pull out their phones @ the same time. It's pretty obvious their texting about me.

The kicker is, she seems ULTRA comfortable with other guys. She will hug/horse play around with other dudes. She has no problem going up to other guys and initiating conversation, and is pretty rash. I'd judge her as an outgoing bubbly type person while around other guys.

I have tons of women telling me I'm a pretty attractive person. I'm most likely one of the most attractive men in the room where were studying. So I'm not exactly sure why she would try and make me jealous.

So with other guys she seems fine, but when it comes to me she's very elusive... yet gives me literally almost every signal in the book that she's attracted.. so why go flirt with other guys in front of me? Is she trying to make me jealous?

Due to the odd nature of the situation I haven't really approached her, some very small talk but never have had a good conversation with her.

I think I might be able to help you a bit, because I am going through the exact same situation, but on the other side. Essentially, I am this girl. Not YOUR girl specifically (at least I doubt it aha) but same situation.

Anyways, here's the deal, I'm an extremely bubbly person around everybody, guys and girls alike, but not towards the one guy I like. That's because I like him, so I get nervous around him. I, like the girl you're talking about, stare at him and stuff, not to a creepy degree (I hope lol), but do stare, because I'm attracted to him. Sometimes I'll hold eye contact with him but a lot of the time I get nervous and turn away. I don't know why I'm shy around him and not anyone else. I think it's just because, like, I'm afraid that he doesn't like me back. Maybe that's what this girl is thinking too. Like, have you made it clear that you like her? If not, do that! I can honestly say that if the guy I like made it clear to me, I would make it clear to him.

Also, since this girl and I seem to be doing the same things, I will say that personally, no, I'm not trying to make him jealous. In my case, I'm just trying to not be obvious. When I'm with other guys, like my guy friends and stuff, and we play around, I'm not trying to flirt. I'm just being my normal self and having fun. If I knew the guy I liked better, it would be the same with him, and I imagine it's the same for your girl.

Lastly, me and the guy I like have only ever engaged in very small talk as well. I think this is one of the key issues, and it could be for you guys too. Talk to her! It sounds like this girl is a lot like me, and is probably very shy around the guys she likes. Try to make the first step, as inconvenient as it may be...You'd be surprised at what could happen.

I'm confused about how you said that you guys study together, and how you talked about being in class. Like, it sounds like you guys go to school together, but then your age says 30-35. Are you talking like, University or College? If so, try to spark a conversation about your program (since I assume you guys would be studying the same thing, if you have the same classes). That's an easy thing to talk about since you're guaranteed to have some common ground. And what is the nature of the situation? Like, why have you felt uncomfortable approaching or talking to her?

Could you please help me. I called this girl and it is not like I always call her. We were talking on phone after one month. I got her number from her.
She is usually a very sweet person. But on phone she sounded v rude. She said to me “why did you call me”. Furthermore she went on to say “ I have a boyfriend and I am very happy “
I was not asking her whether she was single, so I was shocked with this. In shock I slowly told her “I didn't ask for a date, I just needed some information (regarding school)” . She heard me and she said to me “what?”
So I repeated it again for her. Then she asked what information and without even telling me handed the phone to a guy.
Why would she randomly over my call to a guy?
If she is so annoyed by me she could just tell me to not call her.

It sounds like she wants you to make a move. I think it would be hilarious if you walked straight up to her when she does the phone thing with her friends... It would give her a heart attack! lol. When a girl does that, she is probably just wanting you to make a move and "claim your territory".. so I've heard it said. With girls who flirt with other guys like that though, I'd be weary of that... it sounds a bit immature, and I'd assume you would want to be with someone who didn't act like a junior higher. I believe that a girl who really likes you for the right reasons, will avoid all other guys (just speaking from my own personality type). But yes, she sounds like she wants to make you jealous.

she may not like you I think your over analyzing. she's a lot like me. she's probably considering you. there's like ten guys a look at or talk about every day and I have 2 different class schedules (a day B day) so yeah. if she's bubbly she is not into jealousy. bubbly people don't understand jealousy trust me. if she like you forreal she'd probaly treat you like one of those guys because that's all she knows how to do. she sounds a lot like me lol

Oh! And one more thing:) (I'm the same girl who posted, saying that I'm in the same situation). That thing with her friends, I do that with mine too. Or they'll like nudge me or something. Either way, it's not about HIM liking ME, it's about ME liking HIM. So chances are, it's the same for her and her friends.
