Why do I feel like every girl is checking me out?

I don't know if any other guys experience this, but some days I feel like every girl is checking me out, then others I feel like they don't even realize I exist. Surely there can't be such a sharp contrast in my appearance daily to where I'm hot one day and not the next. So which do I believe? Why does this happen?

If you look back, then we'll assume you're not immune so chances are we'll check you out again

If you shy away from our glances, then we'll assume you don't like us so we won't look your way again...

It sounds like it's all how you perceive things. For example, one day you may feel more confident and notice girls looking at you and other days you don't because you don't feel as confident. I don't know what you look like, so I can't tell you if girls are checking you out.

I think it has a lot to do with confidence now that I think about. Today is one of those days where I swear not a single girl has noticed me even though I'm right in front of their nose. I'm not feeling cheerful or confident at all today.

I agree with the others. If you feel great about yourself, your going to put yourself out there more, and be more "BAM! I have now entered the building" than hiding. Us girls are more likely to check out guys who have a good self esteem and confidence level.

I get that a lot, my flatmate who is gay says that it is because of what I'm wearing, like sometimes I will have a lot of swagger without even realizing it. Take note of what you wear on those days cause it means it worked.

Yeah, I've heard that girls are actually really picky about what a guy wears... I don't really understand why, but oh well.

The exact same happens to me. I always find that quite a few girls constantly glance at me at school. I guess it's good to be attractive! xD

At times, yes, either when I feel ill, paranoid or just feel unattractive. There are times I just look at myself in the mirror and think "ew." On those kind of days, I feel low.
