Do guys get annoyed if a girl texts them first?

My crush and I have been texting daily for the past couple of months. He always starts the conversation. But for some reason, it's been two days since we talked, and since he usually texts me, I'm wondering if he's busy...maybe I shouldn't bother to text him?

If you text almost daily then text him.. Its ok..

I mean you should have somewhat of a reason.. But its OK to text someone for no reason

I mean I have slowed to stoped texting the girl I like.. I'm trying to see if she will start texting me first again.. She use to text first all the time.. And got me injoying it and waiting for her.. but recently I felt like I was starting them all and I felt like maybe I'm bothering her.. So I have tryed not to text her.. I Failed .. But tried..

I like texting her I may even love it but I don't want to be a bother so I'm hoping she starts a conversation so I can text her again..

So yes girls can and should from time to time text first just to make us guys know you want us to keep texting you

im really glad you asked this question because I like this guy and he's like even given me "permission" to text him and message him on fb and holler at him when I see him around, but even though he's said its OK I'm STILL scared! I like talking to him in person better than texting or fb because I'm afraid I'll ignore me or something lol
