Is it ok for a girl to give a guy flowers?

Yes if its tide to you. Guys like pictures girls make us. Attatch the rose to a drawing or picture you make for him. That way he will associate the rose with your femininity. If the rose is by itself it should be specific. Roses are feminin so a rose by itslef can be given to a girl but it is tougher to give one to aguy unless you tie it to your femininity or else the guy will feel feminin. There is one exception. You can give a guy a rose without a picture or drawing you made. You can give a guy a rose by itself if the rose is blue. If a guy gets a blue rose he will feel realy good about that. So in short any color rose with a drawing that you made for the guy would be great. But if the rose is by itself and your feelings are true then always remember the rose should be blue.

My girlfriend did this on Valentine's day (about 2 months before we started actively talking), as a way of dropping the big hint. To be honest, I found it to be kind of cute at the time. However, I don't recommend making a regular habit of it being flowers, unless he straight up digs that kind of thing.
Strictly speaking from personal preference, you'd be better off asking if he'd mind you occasionally adding some plants to spruce up his place. If you want to do it regularly.
In short; flowers die quickly if not regularly watered, and most guys are bad about that kind of thing. Again personal experience. She still chews my ear off over it happening once.

I do not think he wants flowers. I mean I know that I would not really know what to do with them. Also, not trying to be mean, but they would probably end up in the trash soon after you gave them to him. Instead you get him a neckless that resembles you, something that he would wear or have that would remind him about you. Maybe a simple picture frame with a picture of you and him in it. Well hope this helps and try not to give him flower try to think of something that can keep that is simple and not expensive.

This is going to be different for all guys. Personally, I'd love some flowers. But, they would have to be carefuly selected. I really like plants alot. A girl gave me a bosai tree once, and I thought it was awesome. Kikisunshine's idea of food is a very good one too. If you make it yourself, then its even better.

If a man would appreciate flowers in the same way. . . He should be VERY VERY VERY sensitive. . . as in gay.
