Why does my boyfriend touch me and kiss me with tongue?

My boyfriend likes to kiss me with tongue and I like it...but I want to know why guys like it so much. he even grabs my butt ( I let him do it in private) and he holds me and tells me he'd do anything for me( he told me he'd wait to have sex till were married cause that what I want) but why does he do these things especially the tongue thing lol

Frankly... because it feels good... it gives him almost a buzz but not in a bad way if that makes any sense. I know I never feel more... close (can't think of a good word) to my girlfriend then when we are kissing or I am holding her in my arms. It is probably the same with him but with grabbing your butt. As long as he is respecting your wishes and not going farther than you want him to I don't see the problem.
