I go to the gym frequently and see plenty of people who are out of shape lifting heavier than me. Thing is, heavier people can lift heavier weights. A lot of people have to set goals based on their bodyweight. Most people use their bodyweight as a rule of thumb to determine their lifts. Weight lifting and getting in shape is very proportional to a person's bodyweight. I used to be 120 pounds myself but I was never embarrassed about such things at all.
I don't think it's nice to be calling her fat and all though. How would she feel if she saw this question?

take me I'm 6'3 which is only 2 inches taller and 16 stone (oops Americans work in pounds, that's 224 lbs)
im a big guy but not massive, wow I don't know any guys 6 ft or taller that are any lighter than 168 lbs
If I were a guy, I would think that's awesome. Now if someone breaks into your house while you're sleeping, SHE gets to go investigate because she's the strong one and can whip the intruder's ass while you stay in bed and call the cops. Gender equality rulz.

You should feel pathetic are you malnourished or something plus you girlfriend is abosolutely huge and being heavy and short means you can lift more also you should start eating, I'm surprisedd she doesn't crush you in bed.
Idk, my bro is 187cm tall but weighs 80 kg, so he is at least wiry and athletic if not strong, so i haven't seen him get out wrestled by anyone, plus, he took aikido
Um don't feel embarrassed everyone has their limits but if it does bother you that much just keep working out and soon you will progress

go lift and eat a sh*t load of food. Your way too skinny. you could put on another 40lbs easy.
