Haha OK so I got super drunk on Christmas Eve and I have been liking this guy and below are the texts so please read and tell me if I scared him away and what you think? Like would you be creeped out, etc. Thanks!

Lmao I am so EMBARRASSED! HAHA! Seriously though I am humiliated and I haven't texted or called him since, like what should I do? should I just wait for him to contact me? Or should I contact him? Did I scare him away? Would it scare you away? Well let me also say that I have been around him drunk and he has said waaaaay more creepier things to me and acted possessive of me with other guys and I still talked to him. Like he acted way worse with me when he was drunk, but I still don't know if I scared him away. Haha, oh god! Any thoughts? Thank you!

UPDATE GUYS AND GALS! Haha! He didn't text me, so I texted him today and said "yo yo yo" "Did I scare you away sir? lol!" He responded with a "No lol!" He started texting me so everything's good! He's not creep out...so I think, lol! He seems fine with me, so I guess it wasn't a big deal, but I guess cause he didn't text me and he texted my brother, it kinda made me think he was creeped out by me, but I guess it's all good! :)

lol that was cute ha ha and I most certainly won't be creeped out by those texts but a tad worried maybe that you may not be holding your drink and may get into some situation that is not desirable by you.

I bet he wasn't creeped out too but just that talking to someone who's not sober AND not in control, wallowing in self pity (not abnormal) especially over texts may be a never ending story leading that person (you) to do something that may not go well down with you when you wake up sober :)

If I were him, I'd probably have come to the bar and downed a cpl of drinks too lol and taken the conversation upfront face to face

But he still talks to me, so I didn't scare him away, were cool...it was just one bad night for me, I am not usually the type that gets out of control drunk, or "drunk texts" at all. You would not "scare me away" but I would tell you to just stop texting or calling or contacting me through any means until you're sober. My Asperger's makes me take every word I hear/read to the most literal extreme so I'd think you're turning against me when you accuse me of hating you. So, I won't date a drunkard, and I won't date someone who EVER gets as drunk as you did during that convo you posted.

If the guy you texted those things was me, I don't think you'd "scare me away", but I'd consider you rather emotional when drunk. But I'd say this sort of conversation would certainly put a damper into any closer relationship between us, since I for one find people who act like this while drunk distasteful. But then again if he has acted way worse when drunk, I'd don't think he'd get scared away by this.

I know I fucked up, but yeah I was very emotional that night, like I am not always like that drunk it's just that particular night I was because of this girl Britney who hates my guts for no reason and I got all upset about that haha. But I never said "I love you" to a guy, a guy has never brought me to that point, and I am just humiliated cause I said "I'm at Hollands Love you" like it was unnecessary to say that, lmao cause all he said was "Merry Christmas Eve"

Well the good thing is that you let him know that you were drunk, had you not addressed to him then maybe you could've scared him off. I wouldn't think you scared him away unless you already tried contacting him and didn't get a reply, but you won't really know until you try. No, it wouldn't scare me away, people have texted or called me drunk and at the end of the day we just laugh at it. So I'd say just suck it up and call him.
