alright so i'm a senior girl and i met this sophomore boy at a church event who goes to my school who was very sweet. Prom is coming up and i was thinking about trying to talk to him in person a few more times in a group setting and then ask him at the end of this week to go to prom... what do you think? I really like him and even if it doesn't lead anywhere he is a nice guy and i think we would have fun together. He is 16 so I am only 1 year older so its not that weird. What should i do? do you think he would be scared/flattered/excited/ not happy to go with me? I think he seemed interested in me when we spoke once in person but maybe I intimidate him since im older. Its hard because i live in a small southern town and everyone is asking people already. Not to sound conceited but I know im pretty and I could get a senior guy to ask me- I would just rather go with this guy who seems like he would treat me well :)
