Buuut - what kind of meat is it? In each of these meals - which look amazing, by the way.
That's the key question here...
I absolutely love Turkish food. Somehow, they can even make salad taste sooo delicious you could have it as a main instead of a side.
Muska boregi is one people have to try too! It's just too delicious.
Sometimes, I'm really glad I'm not Turkish, because if I had Turkish food as my main diet I would most definitely be severely obese because I'd just be eating constantly. All my local Turkish restaurants know me because I'm always there haha. When I was pregnant the muska boregi was one of my cravings, so the guys at my favourite restaurant knew about it and always threw in one or two extra for free for me haha. I love lamachun too :p I could eat that all day.
I couldn't pronounce the names, but they loom delicious. 😋
I love mideastern food a lot. Thinking about buying a mideastern cookbook actually.
Turkish food is one of the best, I love Bakalava and Kebab :D
The recipes look complicated. As a person who rejects processed foods, I may think about making them. . . someday.
You forgot Turkish delight and Turkey Twizzlers.
Damn.. all these look too good. I hope to go to Turkey one day! :P
