Hmm Ireland is probably most famous for the potato dishes but I never really liked potatoes so I wouldn't be a fair judge😅 France obviously has invented the best pastries in the world & for German dishes I think Spätzle, Rote Grütze and brezeln aren't bad. Or if you eat meat I'd recommend Irish stew & German schnitzel
