What is your typical diet like?

#kitkatalie What is your typical diet like? Mine is:

Breakfast: sugar free, dairy free protein shake

Lunch: salad with lettuce, olives, tomatoes, onions, cheese, a little salad dressing, and a few croutons

Snacks: fruit salad or hard boiled eggs

Dinner: pasta with another salad

  • Varies. I generally skip breakfast. It's a rare occasion if I do.

    Lunch:blueberry/banana/oat smoothie with some protein or a green smoothie if I'm short on time or just worked out.
    If I have more time I might cook a steak, with some veggies and potato wedges. Or pita bread with guacamole and fried egg. Sometimes make a tex mex skillet.
    I like batch meals I can eat for a couple days.

    Snack: pretty much anything if I do have anything snack. Might be fruits and nuts. Might be a Starbucks frappucino. Might say fuck it and just wait until dinner.

    Dinner: a batch meal I made for the next few days. Maybe a steak and veggies. Chicken and rice. Spaghetti. Pot roast. Quesadillas. I generally like to eat carbs at night because they help me sleepy sleep. So I'll make breakfast food sometimes too. Bacon egg and potato burritos. Waffles. Mmm.

    Lunch: Sandwich/subway or a burger (no fries or soft drink)
    Dinner: Some kind of meat dish with kale salad, or steamed broccoli. No carbs usually.

    Latte's, Mochas, espressos sprinkled inbetween meals.

    Very rarely eat the same thing twice a week though so I don't think I have a 'typical' diet. I also generally cut out all carbs and sugar when I'm at home alone so I can enjoy myself when eating out, or entertaining guests.

  • I don't really have a typical diet. I eat food with a lot of vitamins in the morning, have a nice lunch and try to eat less at night. I don't have snacks in between the meals. I don't restrain myself from eating what I want to eat but I eat everything in small quantities. And exercice. And voilΓ .

  • WOW!!! I'm truly impressed! I'm not someone who gains weight easily, so I don't watch my diet as much as I should - I can typically eat mulipacks of crisps and chocolate without it making much difference, so my diet consists of quite a lot of carbs and not much fruit or veg.. I need to change that!!

    Happy. :D I don't really have a typical diet. My meals are very varied. I may have Mexican food for lunch and then Japanese for dinner; I generally just avoid food I'm not allowed to eat and make sure I drink some citrus drinks.
