1) Sweets: no soda, chocolate, cookies, candy, gum, ice cream, creamer or whip cream in your coffee, sugar in your cereal or on your oatmeal, no artificial sweeteners, no waffles, muffins, chocolate milk, no holiday goodies, NO PIE.
2) No salt or salty foods: I'm fairly certain you can die from this. Not having any sugar might make you want to die, but not having sodium actually can be deadly. (Let's pretend it's not.) No salt on the rim margaritas, no chips and salsa, no beef jerky, no soy sauce for your rice or baked potatoes, no salted butter, no potato chips, no salty mac & cheese, no french fries.
