I was curious how many calories I normally eat, so I installed the Lose It app and logged everything I ate. It turns out that I've only had 402 today.
I don't mean to eat so little, but I've been having a lot of pain in my teeth lately, so my appetite is pretty much non-existent. My stomach feels full and my teeth hurt too bad to chew anything.
