I was curious how many calories I normally eat, so I installed the Lose It app and logged everything I ate. It turns out that I've only had 402 today. I don't mean to eat so little, but I've been having a lot of pain in my teeth lately, so my appetite is pretty much non-existent. My stomach feels full and my teeth hurt too bad to chew anything.

Between 4000 and 6000 calories a day. I'm currently bulking (I don't like that word, I'm not getting bulky, I'm putting on good healthy lean muscle mass) up and in order for me to do that I have to eat a ton of food. I have a super fast metabolism, like even when I'm not I have to eat about 3200 calories or so a day just to maintain my weight. Plus I'm live a very active life style so that makes it even harder.
On a daily basis I try to eat 2000 or over.. and that's an effort for me. I'm quite slim and have trouble gaining and maintaining weight.. I gained 12 lbs but lost 6 lbs recently from illness. If I don't count calories and don't make an effort, I'll eat less than 1000.
