Alcohol, don't survive my night outs without it. Makes me immune to cold so I don't need to bring a coat, and numb to the pain in my feet from my heels. Beer and wine in fine without, keep the liquor tho 😂
Giving up alcohol can make socializing a little awkward sometimes especially when everyone is drinking and you're not. Coffee is a little easier to get around in social situations.
As far as addictiveness, I can't really comment since I'm not familiar with either. Alcohol may actually be easier for casual drinkers to give up, whereas coffee seems genuinely addictive and almost required in the morning ritual of many people.
Tough call. Unless I work out first thing in the morning, I can't get by without a cup of java. BUT, I also socialize and who wants to be seen drinking O'Douls? Would Bud Light qualify as non-alcoholic? Maybe Chick-A-Lobe Light? I can't get drunk on either.
I stop drinking alcohol 2 years ago and I never drink coffee. And if you want to know was it hard to stop drinking alcohol? Then the answer is yes it was easy because I was never an alcoholic. I only drink it because I fall under the influence of friends. I don't even like the taste :)
