I eat healthy and junk foods. I eat 3 times a day and a balanced diet with dessert also. Food makes me happy and feel less sad. I always look forward to my next meal. I don't eat a lot and i'm at a healthy weight i just adore food , is this ok?
Is it ok that I love food and eating yummy food makes me sooooo happy? I think about food constantly?
