And why do you choose that particular one?
because of price? ingrediants? quantity? other?
Why?
Thanks :)
None of the above. I'm pretty sure everyone drinking these things is going to end up with a short leg, or something weird 30 years down the line. I just don't trust those things. Never understood the need. I'm up at 6 AM everyday, I've never had so much as a sip of coffee in my life, and definitely none of these energy drinks. Never understood why people need all that. You wake up, you're tired for a few minutes, and then it wears off and you just put your head down and plow through the day. Maybe I'm just lucky though. None of this is based in science though, haha, just me talking off the top of my head, so who knows. Just seems to unnatural for me to mess with.
Well bro, I'm not telling that you should consume it daily.
I drink once or twice per month or two.
That's fair, my man. Everything in moderation.
Well, that's the joke. But ordinarily I don't discriminate with my hookers :-P
Since you asked this question I'd like to know what are the advantages and disadvantages of these energy drinks.
I don't drink any more cause they are aerated and I am not much for fizzy drinks. Moreover I've heard things that aren't so flattering about the energy drinks.
I stick to Black Coffee in limits i.e. not more than 2 / 3 cups a day - 3 is extreme and scarce too :)
Advantages - Contains high amounts of caffeine, which is helpful to concentrate and tastes better than black coffee.
Disadvantages - costly , makes you crash after sometimes unless it's sugar free.
Oh yes I know those :D but on health terms?
Since the past few years in the board meetings it's 'in vogue' to drink Diet Coke / Pepsi or one of these - ofcourse I do neither ;)
Diet coke/pepsi aren't consider as Energy drinks because they don't contain high amounts of caffeine like these one does.
Energy drinks have some amounts of vitamins, minerals and taurin.
But although they're considered as harmful to your body if you drink them everyday.
Students are tend to abuse them during exam time.
Where and how should these be used to effect a healthy body & physique?
Apologies I'm buggering you with these but I appreciate your inputs :)
Energy drinks like Monster contains L carnitine, ginseng extracts which are fat burners but can directly affect liver if consume in high amounts.
Hope that helps,
No you're not bugging me, I like to share my knowledge here with people :)
Thank you on both counts my friend :)
One can a day is good enough or how much should be taken in what frequency?
in India Monster is sold in two flavors.
And they write on the can how much should you drink per day.
Mostly max 2 can per day.
One can is sold at Rs.95
Which is high.
Plus when you drink it every day , you'll develope caffeine tolerance.
Which means you'll need more cans day after day , which is detrimental.
However once or twice a week is fine :)
Thank you for these :) I appreciate your efforts in answering my queries :)
suger free redbull. I don't want anything with sugar in it because I don't want to be hyper at work and I also know how bad sugar is for the human body. I prefer sugar free redbull with vodka, but those days are long gone for me.
Vodka and Redbull have completely opposite effect.
Like I described on other opinion, alcohol is a central nervous system depressor and the other is a stimulant.
So you won't feel euphoria or psychological stimulation.
So, I'm curious about why do you mix two opposite substances? =/
Oh okie, That made sense lol :D
Does coffee count? lol..
I've had RedBull once.. didn't really like the taste..
I had Monster.. it was ok..
The only Rockstar I had, I bought at the LCBO so I'm not sure that counts.
Yeah black coffee is pretty cool.
At least you won't crash afterwards like most of those other drinks :)
lool, I thought you were a fitness junky :P
Kudos for having such great genetics \m/(*o*)\m/
I like my women like my drive-through coffee order: hot, black, and wedged between my legs while I put my wallet away.
Haha, sorry, saw the opening and I took it :-P

I like Red Bull although when I was in first year I drank it with a large cup of coffee, it almost gave me a heart attack during the exam... I went straight to ER LOL bad bad experience
Seriously? :O
THAT'S exactly what I'm talking about! I've heard stories of people that drink a ton of it consistently developing heart problems. Palpitations, arrhythmia, etc. Im just not messing with my heart like that, I've heard its kind of important, haha.
I prefer water. But i do enjoy saliva most of the time.
Man , will you answer any of my question seriously? otherwise please don't bother to even look at them.
Calm down bruh... I drink orange juice... Its refreshing :)
saliva is important though
RED BULL!!! Have you has the blueberry one? Awesome!
I've tested only one :P
I think they've launched only one flavor here in India :(
I've only tested the regular so I can't tell you about the other but yeah regular is cool too :)
Energy drinks give me a massive headache! But strangely if mixed with vodka I'm fine.. Lol
lol, It's actually interesting about your case because alcohol is a central nervous system depressor and the other is a stimulant.
So you won't feel euphoria or psychological stimulation.
What happens in your case?
Sorry for the geek stuff :P
You've completely lost me there haha
lol, I feel you :P
What I meant to say that vodka and an energy drink has opposite effects.
Alcohol makes you dizzy while energy drinks makes you more agile.
I have no idea why but I can't drink them unless they have alcohol in them lol (yes I'm legal to drink before you ask haha)
I dig your style..! lmao xD
Anyway to answer your question.. Redbull :)
Owkay, Thanks.
I don't know a single energy drink that doesn't taste like carbonated bad breath to me.
Obviously, It has almost zero carbs.
But hey do you like sugar free chocolate? lol :P
Nah, I don't think your breath smells bad after you consume that blue one :D
At least mine don't :P
Then I got your ticket for a kiss..! lol xD
Damn, I thought I'd get one for sure :(
Now gotta work on my six pack abs lol
To attract girls of this site lol jk
I was being sarcastic haha
Or am I?
Hahaha
I love RedBull! It gives me that kick and I'm back on my a-game in no time :)
Do you know Monster comes with higher quantity of caffeine? :D
Yup, I tried it just today.
and I think I'll probably change over to Monster from RedBull.
It has higher quantity too.
it comes in 475ml can compared to 250ml Redbull.
Both are of the same price lol :P
i prefer juice.
its just loaded with a crazy amount of b12. why need extra energy when you have enough? I WANNA BE ABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT.
Lucozade, it doesn't taste of chemicals and actually does give me energy, redbull and monster have no effect on me.
I like Monster because it works and because they offer energy teas and juices. I hate soda, so it's nice to have those options:)
Redbull that's the only one I've tasted lol
powerade
milk
water - not a energy drink but important to the body
Red eye. Straight black coffee with espresso shots. It's so good!
I like ripit because it really works well for me the others don't have enough power to get me going
I personally think all energy drinks are disgusting. I get the feeling that I'm drinking pure toxins when I'm drinking them.
I like watching pictures of sexy women just to reclaim my lost energy.. :)
I love this vanilla coffee energy drink from Starbucks but they also sell them in grocery stores. It's not expensive and It tastes great.
coffee never tastes great lol
I chose monster because it's what my family pretty much drinks... And because it comes in different flavors! I can't have a l
