What does it mean when a girl calls a boy by his first and last name? She has never done this before. Is she flirting with me? I'm confused because my parents sometimes call me by my full name when they are really angry with me or trying to show they are serious.

Dude I'm just saying, there are two ways to look at this.

1) She coud be probably flirting with you and wants to take thing a step up

2) She could be just playing with you, not in the flirty way but just saying your name ( girls do the same thing to me too :D )

But it might be point 1
