Expect some telekinetic waves being sent your way offer her a bite of whatever you’re eating, ideally a burger or some steak, her salivary glands will go into overdrive and she’ll use all the self-restraint she’s got to refrain from taking more than a dainty little nibble.

In other words, she loves how she can get him to eat out of the palm of her hands. To do whatever she wants through manipulative tactics like playing the feminist card or ‘damsel in distress’ until he complies. Followed by her giving him some positive reinforcement for good behaviour, and so the cycle continues.

My boyfriend and I always joke about the ‘f-word’. With which I’ll usually reply if he asks me if I’m mad, I am, but feel like he should figure it out on his own or am still working on figuring out exactly what it is he did that set me off.

There’s some variability to this one. She could either enjoy the much less frequent hidden agenda guys will have in what they say/do in comparison to girls. She could also simply enjoy being spared of the competition within girl groups while soaking in the constant ego-stroking she’ll get from being surrounded by a multitude of male friends.

So, this very poorly represents woman. The truth is not all girls act this way and to treat each one of us as if we are the same will eventually blow up in your face. This is terrible advice to men and I will tell you why with a personal example:
I get a lot of male attention including successful attractive men, but many guys don't know how to get with me, because they have a problem with stereotyping all women to be the same. I could never date a guy who treats me as a number like that. A man should take the time to truly get to know a girl he is interested in, and study her to learn about HER and what sets her a part from other girls. I've had to break up with a guy simply because he had me all wrong. He kept treating me as if I was a stereotypical girl (whatever he believed that to be), but I wasn't. He admitted this to my face and tried to convince me to give him another shot. He never got a second chance. It's just really not fair to assume woman are all the same. It's just not.

example 2:
You decide to cheat on a test. You borrow last years test from a friend and study it to a T. You memorize the answers and all the right things to say. Test day comes, turns out the test is completely different from last years test! If you try and find places to fit last years answers within the test regardless, than you will obviously fail. On the other hand, if you take the time to study the new questions and find answers based off the current test's content, you may actually pass the test or at least get a re-take.
Too many guys treat girls like last years test. More men need to take a new girl he meets, and treat her like a totally new puzzle to figure out.

Thanks for your personal example but none of your complaints apply to the actual take. It was written in a sarcastic manner. Poking fun at the stereotypical view of how women often communicate. You've taken it as a personal attack on yourself and/or women as a whole unnecessarily.

The article is just wrong. I know many girls who just say what they actually mean. This article is just really inaccurate and yes, you have created a stereotype. I guarantee if a guy follows the advice you gave on how women communicate, they will not be very successful with girls. When I say I'm fine, it usually means I'm upset to varying degrees, could be super mild, and just don't feel like putting it up for discussion.

If she doesn't want to talk about it, leave it be. Next time that happens, just leave it as is. You inquired if anything was wrong, she told you nothing was bugging her. I guarantee you if that you if you drop it and give her some time to cool off and actually think it over, she'll go through the process of being mad at you for not inquiring further, then mad at herself for not just being honest.

If you want, you can even just tell her that you hope she's being honest as you're not a mind-reader. Then leave it as is, you've done what you could to help.

That's actually a very effective way of making things easier on both of you. Which I say from my own experience of having used the '... I'm fine.' several times with my own boyfriend, when I was obviously anything but. He knew that and went along with it. It led to some arguments a few times. When I let him know what the issue was, he'd just say okay, but that it'd make more sense for me to just voice it as soon as it happened versus hold it in then blowup when he had no way of knowing anyhow.

Needless to say, I'm much more open now and our fight count went down substantially.
