If you don't know who Felicity Smoak is, than you should know that she is a character on a CW TV show called, "Arrow". Arrow is a TV show about a man brutalized by his experiences, who is now desperate to fight crime in his city, and to fix his father's wrongs.
Felicity Smoak is a love interest for the main character, she is a very goofy, lively, and honest person, most people would say she is not sexy because of her personality, and mostly women that I have talked to about her character seem to be jealous of her kind of personality. On the TV show, she is also shown as a brilliant hacker. I think that any girl who has her personality and wears the kind of glasses she does would instantly catch my attention.

Another thing to add: I don't know what's with those glasses, almost exactly those glasses that I find so appealing, it's like they have this magical power over me ever since I've been a kid, I am automatically nice to any girl who chooses to wear them.
