Girls! I know you dislike guys who keeps blushing! So please Tell me how to control my blushing in front of girls?

Oh GOD! I don't know why, but i just keep blushing and smiling whenever i talk to girls. I am shy and don't talk much to girls but whenever i talk it happens.
Due to anxiety, my lips often get stucked up.
These girls i talk are very much open and friendly but still i cannot act like a man in front of them which reduces the chances of going beyond friendship.
Also my guy friends are champions in developing friendship with girls. Therefore my inexperience and shy nature is creating a great barrier to my expressiveness.
You girls won't believe that i am quite different with guy friends. I do talk, i laugh and express my views.. but with females, i would tend to be conscious and quite which sounds immature. REALLY it SUCKS!
I just don't know what those girls would be thinking about me. I know girls love the guys who can carry on conversation , make fun and take initiatives.
One of the girl does take initiative's but i am stucked up and i don't understand how to free my self from shyness and blushing.
May be cuz i am good looking and hence she initiated, but my friends have personality plus moNey and hence that is enough to shoe me away little by little from those women...

You need to basically talk yourself into being confident, what do you have to lose? Try feel like how you feel with your guy mates, calm, cool and comfortable. Don't be afraid to stuff up, because people make mistakes, laugh at yourself, voice your opinion and just don't worry about what happens after you talk, just take it as it comes and watch it as it goes. You'll do great and soon enough you won't even remember the times when you couldn't talk to girls.

No..not done yet...i become conscious so that i don't ramble. My problem is that i just cannot connect myself with women.

Hmmm...i can say that other person if wants can easily win her. He has many experience with chicks. He can fulfill the wishes of chicks with good financial status he has.
I donno but please decode this behavior of her below..
Initially she would stare at me. I always felt that she wanted to talk to me. Finally i opened up and talked.
She always said " why don't you talk? Why so afraid..Now i feel nice that you talk..."
We exchanged no.s then but never had chat.Actually she indirectly asked for my number. She always pampers and talk to other guy with texting at home. That never happens with me. She only talks when met face to face now.
It has only been 2 weeks so far though..
I don't understand... May be i am naive to understand that..

I think you're gonna find someone that thinks you're too shy. She's gonna open you up somehow and be persistent with it. That's what happened to me. This guy ended up sitting next to me in science class. I used to be really shy. He was loud. And I was really quiet. But he kept talking to me even though I didn't and you get to know someone. You'll open up. Hopefully.

look, I've seen confident and asshole guys treat me like crap...i never saw them blush. they were cold hearted and had no soul to them. all they cared about was themselves. i wish they blushed around me or were nervous around me. every woman wants a nice man like you to blush and act silly around her. it makes us feel like we actually matter to you, and that we are a feminine beauty in your eyes. a man who doesn't blush has no emotions and would be a cold hearted lover. so be happy you are a loving man that each woman is looking for.

Hmm..nice. I don't know if you will have debate with me..
But the reality is that shy guys hardly approach women. Also becoming friends with benifits is difficult for many. The girls who are talkative would be eventually bored of shy guys and weak response. Shy guys take time to open up.
Also my problem is... it is completely possible that those guys will try to distance me from those girls later as i become more and more confident.
It is because of those guys i met those girls ( they approached first). They have ball in their court.
It is already happening with the guy in my group.
If i go against them, then friendship gets ruined and me getting cornered by them.
This situation really sucks and you won't believe this situation is so common among guys..

then find a girl on your own and keep friends out of your love life. trust me i learned the hard way. i never tell my close female friends what exact guy im talking to or interested in, i just describe him but dont give names, and i never meet the guy with other females present. I've seen girls steal my men too and flirt with them better than me. im shy as well but if i like a guy i will give subtle hints and be around him more. always keep friends out and dont even tell your other buds who you're dating until its gotten serious then they can meet her.
