When people say "She's such a bitch" I question if it's a good thing or a bad thing. What makes a girl a bitch? This being called a "bitch" good sometimes? What do you guys think?

In my entire life, I have only called a woman a bitch once but she cheated on me with my friend so I guess I overreacted but even 2 days later I apologized.

My point is I don't think thats a word I would ever tie to a woman because its rude, even if I put an adjective in front of the word doesn't change its meaning, its like putting a bowtie over a pile of dogshit.
