Well thats probably just how she makes a smiley face, and i can't say for sure whether or not she likes you, but she is in a good mood and obviously likes talking to you! Now does she like talking to you because she's in love with you or just because you're good friends is beyond me. You know her best right!

It depends does she always greet like this? How close of friends are you? But in my opinion whenever a girl says anything other than the standard "hi, hello or hey" is means they are crushing.
Hey is like.,. Boring oh its you
Heyy is like more happy
Heyyy+ or even heyyy! Or heyyy (: means she's more happy to talk to you
she's happy and excited to hear from you. its a great sign but not guaranteed that she likes you.
Not necessarily. Only that she's happy to greet you and, presumably, to speak with you. It's a positive sign but strangers cannot determine if she *likes* you or not.
If you don't mind, what did you reply after she said "that's not what I meant?"
