When your ex girlfriend blocks your number, what does that mean as far as the possibility of ever reconciling?

My ex who ended our relationship 5months ago blocked my number. We didn't start talking after the breakup until after 3 of those months. During the two months of talking we had one fight, when I attempted to convince her to reconcile. She said we could be friends, but friends that hang out and stuff. I agreed to that then, but a couple days later I told her or texted really that I needed to stop talking to her for now at least cause I still liked her and it wasn't helping me move on. I said it in the best way possible I thought but she got really mad and a couple days later I tried to text her because I didn't want her to be mad about it and apparently she blocked my number. Does that mean she doesn't ever want to talk again? She's 28, and shy and kind of a loner type. She did tell me a while back she valued our relationship while we were dating a lot. Obviously I still care for her now, so I'll ask the obvious question, is it possible to reconcile at this point?
