Is it weird to ask a guy for his number?

There's a guy I really like at work and we talk whenever we get the chance and I would really like to get to be able to talk to him outside of work and he seems shy, would it be weird to talk charge and ask for his number?

No, it is not weird, nothing weird about women taking charge when it comes to asking guys out. In fact I find it nice to be the one being chased and not the one chasing for a change. I also find it a turn on when girls do this because it shows conference. Anyway enough about me, there is nothing wrong with asking him, I would just ask.

Yeah just ask him, most guys would not mind giving their number to a girl. If you don't you will always wonder and that will eat you up. I am getting eating up over girls that I have liked and I may have had a chance with but I never did anything. It is so annoying there was a girl the other day that i could have started a conversation maybe by the way she behaved towards me but I did not do it and now I am like "why did I not try". There was also a girl that sat next to me on the bus even tho seats were available next to other women, she choose to sit next to me. When she did it she looked at me and smiled right at me. I did not start a conversation because I was shy now that is eating me up to. When I got off the bus I looked at her and sent a smile her way and she gave a bit of a smile back. Anyway I know what it is like because I let opportunities with girls pass by. It is so annoying.
