How should I handle my girlfriend's little sister and her crush on me?

So I've know my girlfriend basically all my life maybe since preschool so a few years later her mother got pregnant with her sister and now she's six, so now to the problem at hand, so a day ago her little sister gave me a kiss on the cheek and said that she liked me and I smiled and I said me too and now she keeps on holding my hand when she sits next to me and yes I did tell my girlfriend as she said that she thought that it was cute. I know it's just a phase but how do I handle it?

Umm sounds like you're handling it okay. She's just a kid obviously, having some kinda crush on her big sister's bf isn't unusual, You could tell her something along the lines of 'when you're the same age as us you're going to meet the perfect guy' or whatever, talk to your gf about what to say she's prolly better with kids than I'm guessing you are. You're the only one who could be creating any weirdness outta the situation, remember that she's just six. You told your gf, so just keep being a positive infuence. Treat her sis like you would your own little sis or your niece or whatever

Just don't make a big deal about it. When she tries that stuff again just distract her or have your gf do it. At least she's a kid so it's easy. One of my gfs had a teenage sister who had a crush on me. She used to wear revealing clothing when I came over and she'd always try to sit next to me and flirt. Now THAT was awkward. Her mom even noticed but she never said much.
