Hmm, i think the first time when i looked at a boy different was in the fourth grade. My first ''kiss'' happened in the same year. But the awareness grew over the years. Probably many girls won't admit, but it's the same for a girl like it's for a boy. But sexually speaking, like wondering what it's like to experience something more than a kiss was in the 7th or 8th grade. Anyway, the curiosity remained a simple curiosity until much later.
Wow people are saying really young ages (not that there's anything wrong with that!!). I didn't even really know about sex at all until I was around 11. I'd say I was aware of my sexuality at around 13/14; judging from my journals from that kinda time. Lots of embarrassing 13/14 year old sex fantasies and smutty fanfic; tended to involve a lot of getting shoved against walls lols

About 12.
I got boobs about 9-10. But I became interest in boys and se when I was about 12.
I had crushes all throughout elementary and middle school, but that was always very innocent. I don't think I really looked at a guy and thought "DAMN!" or had any sexual desire for him until 16 maybe.
One's sexuality is determined at the age of 3. Its a fact. You can do research on that. As a toddler, you wouldn't notice it yourself but people around you will.

I started liking guys in grade 6, but not sexually.
I liked boys when I was around 5, and became more aware sexualy around 7. I think it was around then I also started masturbating to. I was very sexualy aware from a young age, but didn't actually become sexualy active till was old, older than all of my friends anyway.
I had those feelings, but didn't want to take them anywhere.
I became aware of sexuality at about age 5/6.
