How do girls develop a crush?

So the title pretty much say it, but I also want to know how do they act around their crush. If you have talk to him/her, what do you do to get their attention.

Girls laugh A LOT around their crush, and will smile A LOT around their crush. Basically, they will come alive when he is around. Her voice will probably get higher as well, I know all of these happen with me when I'm around my crush, or any guy I find attractive for that matter.
Developing a crush is thinking that someone is good looking, and having a nice personality, or similar interests. Sometimes it is the other way around, when I fell for my crush I loved his personality, then I came to love his imperfections and fell for him.

When I noticed one guy staring at me directly, especially when he's cute, it makes me blush tbh. Especially when he have a gorgeous eyes, dimples, and when he smile. lmao. Girls also being attracts to the guys who are smart, responsible, thinking for his future, and the best is when that guy make the girl laugh or smile, that's the time girls falling on love with the boys.
