Realised that my male colleague has been taking upskirt vids/pix of the ladies in the office?

Hi Ladies, I recently realised that my male colleague has been taking upskirt videos and pictures of the ladies in the office. Most of the ladies wear short skirts and dresses and he seems to be having a field day. We don't really pay much attention to him as he's a little bit of a weirdo, but I saw him filming one of the women when she open her legs under her desk unawares. Any advice?

Hi all, just an update. A few of the ladies privately told him that they knew what he was up to and told him to stop. He became aggressive and threatened to report them for harassment and get them fired. Well I was working late one night when I was heading to the ladies and saw 2 of my female colleagues walking away from the restroom smiling at each other. As they passed me they told me that he was "resting" outside the gents.

He was kneeling on the ground with his eyes closed and head pressed against the wall. Needless to say, I guessed and found out later that one of the ladies who I walked past kicked him in the groin and because it was her last day, he couldn't really do anything about it. He was on medical leave for about a week and is now a much quieter guy.

  • This is seriously so sad and disgusting, it outrages me. You girls need to get together and report him! Fucking low piece of shit my god. I don't think you'll need much evidence if you have the numbers to report him to your job, try to catch them in the act so you can report this slime to the cops. I'm so sorry that you ladies even have to endure this kind of bullshit while trying to make a living. I'd also reccomend banding together to get him fired, do not let your company push this kind of harassment under the rug.

  • thats disgusting behaviour, get evidence of him doing it and tell the manager. hopefully he gets fired, we can't do anything these days without being objectified or harrassed in some way

  • Gross. I'd go right to the boss and voice my concerns. No one should have to deal with that crap at the workplace. In the meantime, wear pants or capris or something if possible.

  • He "report them for harassment and get them fired"? Telling someone to stop what is (among other things) harassment is not harassing him. And imagine him going to Human Resources and telling them that several women have found him upskirting them and he wants them to do something. They would do something and he would be looking for a new job. Get a group of women who have seen him doing it to agree to swear to it and a couple of you go to HR with a complaint.

  • I would call the police. This violates "peeping Tom" laws in many countries including the United States. It is illegal for people to look in bedroom window, and this falls into that same category.

    Sexual harrasment complaint if you will? Can't have people like that at the workplace.

  • First you will need to have a proof before complaining. You can report it to office manager in gang to leave him defenceless.
