For the record of coarse I know women poop. My real question was "How many of you have a gullibility of a 9 year old?". Of coarse I wouldn't phrase the question like that, so I thought of this question to find my real answer.
There were so many funny answers, I almost died laughing. However, I really wanted to give the MHO that I felt was the most gullible of them all. Congratulations @samanthadawnn!

The female biology works a bit different from male biology. Where male humans produce excrement which they need to expel on a regular bases, females just digest every piece of food they ingest so there is nothing left to expel. So no, girls don't ever poop. Hope this was helpful.
