What does it mean when a girl says yes to a movie?

I asked this girl I really like if she wanted to catch a movie next week during the holidays. She said'' Um yeah if i'm not working then sure'' She has been acting nervous/shy around me even before I asked her. I'm freaking out cause I don't know whether it is going to go ahead. What should I do now?

Why would you not think she is legit? Did she look down when she spoke to you or did she look away (or past you)?

That is true - she said yes and didn't have to. So go pursue it! Don't doubt yourself - I think some guys I really liked I missed out on going out with because they chickened out so do both of you a favor and go for it.

I'd give her a bit of time (about 4 days) then ask her if she's had a chance to check. You want her to know you are keen without smothering her
