What does it mean when a woman adds you on Facebook a few days after meeting you?

I've never really been a social media person. No IG, no twitter, and only recently Facebook. So I went out with some friends to try a new resturant and met an attractive lady. I'm pretty certian she was attracted to me. There were numerous times where she hinting at seeing me again in the future, filled in any conversation gaps, and even interrupted my conversation with another lady eating with us.

I should have been more alpha and asked her out on a date right then, but instead I chickened out a bit and just gave her my number. Typically when I do that the woman will usually text me saying "hi how are you" or whatever within a few days and then I know she wants to see me again and schedule a date.

Should I interpret a woman adding me on Facebook the same as her texting me? Obviously she's thinking about me if she added me a couple days after we met, but I get the impression sometimes people just add you so they have more "friends". I do occasionally get requests from women who I've never met but have several mutual friends and I doubt they're adding me because they have any interest.

It is extremely likely I will run into her again in the next week or so, so I'm just wondering if I should ask her out then, or if her adding on Facebook is her way of hinting to me that she's thinking about me and wants to see me and I should just go ahead and tell her I want to see her again right now?

All women stalk, all woman love to string men along, all women want things for free. I see it all as innocuous at this time. Just ask her out. Don't use the word date, just try and chill with her in person. Facebook is not real life no matter what anyone says. People only show what they want to show on there and most people add random acquaintances to make themselves seem fakely popular.

Could be because she likes you. Could be because your profile is on hidden and she is curious about what kind of person you are. Could be because she just wants more friends on facebook.

She's interested. She wouldn't add you otherwise. And sometimes women who find you attractive are more likely to add you as a friend if they have mutual friends, because well at least they know you're not a creep or some weirdo out to kill them. It's safe to add a good-looking guy with mutual friends.
