Girls, do girls like being called sexy as opposed to beautiful... is one more important than another?

I mean there is this girl I like and I find her way more sexy than beautiful and believe in being honest. I mean she is beautiful too, but way way more sexy. So should I refer to her as sexy since she is more sexy than beautiful, or just beautiful, or both? I need girl's opinions on this, if a guy you like just says you are so F----k sexy how would you react to that? Compliment? Sexist? etc? please do describe in details.

  • Well you can call her whatever you want. I'm sure she won't be offended and take it as a compliment. However even if she is more sexy I'm pretty sure she'll appreciate the word beautiful more. Sexy usually represents your sex appeal and the way you dress or act, but beautiful is so much deeper.

(I'm going to copy and paste a previous opinion I had about a question like this)

I actually get called sexy the most by guys... But to be honest I would rather be called beautiful over sexy, hot, fine, or cute any day. Out of your choice thiugh I pick cute and here's why.

Sexy as you may have guessed is a guy thinking not with his brain but his penis the same goes for hot and and fine. These words are used when a girl looks so attractive she's seducing a guy. Though it can really boost a girls ego it does get old and I much rather be valued than just be eye candy.

Now beautiful I feel like that is the perfect word to describe a girl about her overall beauty and not to just get in her pants. I mean gorgeous is q good word too but it sounds unrealistic. Cute is a good word too meaining that she's attractive but still beautifuls the best word to describe a girl.

  • Depends on the situation. If she's dressed in skimpy clothing then she's fine with being called sexy, because that's obviously the look she was going for. If she has a pretty/eligent dress on or something pretty but not to reveling then she would be beautiful or gorgeous. If it's during something sexual then making her feel and telling her she's sexy is definitely good. If you're making love. (More than just about sex) telling her she is beautiful is more from the heart. Beautiful can mean from the inside as well as out. Sexy is just out appearance. Hope I helped ya. ;)

  • you call a girl beautiful when you really mean it. in bedroom you can tell her she s sexy, it will heat things up. but if you are in a relationship with her you can call her beautiful in bed too its not a bat thing but if you consider she s more sexy than beautiful call her sexy she will like it

  • Beautiful is a better compliment in my opinion. Beautiful accounts for everything, while sexy mainly refers to body.

  • Liking a girl that is sexy is kinda gross. She has serious problems if that is her only quality. And being called sexy, to me, would be like "wow, I need to tone it down". But I guess some sick minded or slutty girls might like it.

  • I'd prefer beautiful. But I'd be very flattered being called fucking sexy as well lol. I would just think that he was more interested in me sexually if he continually called me sexy instead of other compliments.

  • Tbh I like both
    I mean I appreciate beautiful
But to me sexy is a sorta vibe you get from someone not everyone has a sexy vibe.
But I think u should stick to beautiful until u get in a relationship then it's okay to call her sexy

  • Beautiful bc that is more than my body
    Beauty is from the soul
Of course once in a while it is nice to hear sexy but not all the time and only from a boyfriend

  • Beautiful when you are going out on a date. Sexy in the bedroom.

    • agreed!

  • It depends on if she likes you back or not. If she likes you she'd probably feel like she's on cloud nine. However, I'd say beautiful rather than sexy. "You're so incredibly beautiful." Sounds better than calling her sexy bc it kinda sounds like all you can think about is getting inside her pants.
