It is usually the case that it is similar to how it is for girls. If the girl is attractive, we don't mind the attention. If the girl is creepy looking, it can start to feel a little more creepy. If the girl is creepy looking, holding a knife, drooling, and masturbating, it is going to creep most guys right the hell out.
Similar actions will read as 'flirtation' or 'creepy advances' based on how attracted we are to the person performing the action. Your profile pic is very attractive, so most guys will read you looking at them as cute and flirty. If he smiled, you can assume he wasn't creeped out. Don't stare while holding a knife though, to be safe.

Well, awkward me being awkward me (and me being the bisexual that I am), I feel really uncomfortable when any guy or girl is staring at me. It's kind of flattering, too, because usually I'm too ugly for anyone to look at. Now, if the person is well over my age then I feel the need to call the cops lol

I would smile back. It's not creepy all at, unless you have a I'm going to rape facial expression.
I don't know that girls can really be 'creepy.' It's just not in our DNA to be creeped out by sexual attention from women.
I'm too much the absent minded professor type to even notice anyone was checking me out in the first place.
I normally blush and turn away... but I am smiling on the other side :)
Don't mind - Always assume a good looking guy is standing behind me LOL.
I personally love it but I get a little self-conscious. I don't consider her a creeper unless she was way older than me.
No if you where looking at me like that I'd just talk to you that way you have no what ifs going on in your head after you left lol
No, I don't get creeped out. Internally, I'm saying to myself, "Win!"
I will make faces that'll turn her smile into a laugh.
Not really, I'd be flattered. She can look, but can't touch :)
