Why did she delete me then re-add me?

So me and this girl I go to college with used to talk all of the time. It was a lot of flirting. She just randomly stopped talking to me out of the blue. She even deleted me on snapchat. It was never the same after that. I was friendly and acted like it didn't bother me. It actually did because I don't know what happened. This was back in December. Randomly yesterday I get a notification on snapchat. She re-added me... Why did she do this or in general why do girls do these things?

It is possible that some other guy entered the picture and she wanted to devote all of her attention to him. It didn't work out, so she is now checking the other irons she had in the fire to see if any of them are still hot.

prob she needed some time to get over you, now she is prob just wants to be friends again or maybe still have feelings

Some girl did that to me on facebook in high school, then she deleted me again. Girls just have to act weird to get attention because they're that self absorbed and emotional.
