My girlfriend's sister flirting with me. How do I ignore her?

A week ago at street I saw my girlfriend with her younger sister (she is 2 year younger than her) and I said "Hi" to my girlfriend and then her sister smiled at me... ***? She introduced her sister with her name so I said "Hi". After that day I got a text from her. She is texting me flirty & silly things. She teased me with another girl 3 times. She also sent me friend request on facebook. I know that she got my number from my girlfriend's phone.

Please help me how do I ignore this girl or should I say this to my girlfriend.

Guess what? My iPhone 5 is now dead so I won't get any text but she is now texting me on my computer Facebook!

My life is becoming hell. My iPhone is dead. I damaged my WiFi Router with football so its not working anymore. No electricity due to heavy rain so I am on my Computer UPS for only few next few minutes.
