Keep in mind fat means either "skinny-fat","average build-fat","huskey" which is big meaty body that isn't really muscle, or just fat/chubby bodies in general.

Ignore the skin color if it isn't your preference, imagine the build is with the skin color you like

Google these indian actors, Siddharth Malhotra and Akshay Kumar and Hrithik Roshan and John Abraham , in my opinion, these guys have an ideal and attainable (except hrithik, he is way too much) body, lean, athletic and buff at the same time.

His build is great. Maybe train the chest a little bit. more, but I don't like the veins. He has an extremely low body fat percentage. It doesn't look very healthy.

3 looks plastic, 2 looks too much. I like the broadness of 3. But as I said, if you are so rigid in your diet you can't take me out for a nice meal or enjoy a pizza occasionally it will annoy me. I don't mind being healthy with someone, but to the point I have to prepare their meals days in advance with a weighing scale, I think it's a waste of life personally.

I look like 3, don't have a structured diet and have a drug abuse problem (no not steroids). Obviously i hit the gym often, but people really overestimate the work needed to get a fit body.

Nevermind. Two has better shoulders. I love that large hump that a lot of guys seem to have when they're bodies are nice. I'm surprised that a number of people picked 4 because he's too skinny to me.

#1 and #4 are too skinny, #2 is fine but a little on the bigger side, #3 is the most ideal of these. Although, I personally prefer a guy who is broader, and got a small layer of fat over the muscles, but not so much that you can't see them. I prefer a guy who is strong, to a guy with 10% body fat.

But i don't prefer pale either. so something like a slight normal tan.
