Girls, what does it mean if she just says "oh"?

so me and this girl were just talking, and I told her about how I treat her different from every other girl. she asked why, and I just said that me thinking about it would be a waste of time, but I'd just noticed I'd been doing it subconsciously. then she just answers "oh". why did she say that? did I do something wrong? what does it usually mean when a girl says that?

1. maybe she's into you and was hoping for a response that indicated you were too and maybe a bit disappointed that you wouldn't think it through and perhaps realize your feelings for her

2. she doesn't really care and just wanted to write a response

Sometimes Ill say oh if Im disappointed as well. Maybe she was disappointed you didn't say, I treat you differently because I have a crush on you.

If I said "oh" in that scenario, it would be because I would think why would it be a waste of time to explain why I was different to other girls.

She clearly thought you were making a point and then you totally dismissed the whole thing. What other responce is there other than "Oh".

I do that when I don't know what to say or when I don't care about what the person is talking about.

In my case it would mean that i really don't know what to say on that. It can be bad and it can be good. I don't know
