If I have mono will my Girlfriend get it as well?

I have mono and it sucks I'm over the vomitting, fever, migraines, and nausea but I have hit the fatigure stage, and still have the cough, and stuffy nose. It's been a month and I feel like crap. I have slept like 16 hours a day for the past month and she has been there to bring me food and I have cuddled with her and fallen asleep in her arms a lot. We haven't kissed since I found out I had it. My concern is i was contageous before I felt sick, and how long should I wait to kiss her again?

If you spent a lot of time with her and was intimate then she will catch it

Well we were before I knew now she just cuddles with me and I'm sleeping the entire day. So she may have gotten it by now if she would.

She hasn't gotten it yet so if we kissed almost every day and I have I don't know how she hasn't. How long should I wait to kiss her?

not sure below if you are saying you have kissed everyday or haven't. If you are kissing her everyday for more than a week than she probably has antibodies and won't get sick. If you haven't kissed her yet than don't or to your doctor about how you will know it is safe. People in your age group are more susceptible to it.

I had mono for 4 weeks and it was not fun. You don't want her to get sick just so you can have a kiss. She can be around you just no sharing a food, drink or bodily fluids. I hope you feel better!

Correction- I just looked to make sure and symptoms can take as long as 4-6 weeks to present after being exposed. So even if you have been kissing stop.

Well we kissed often before I knew I had it then I got scared she may get it. She cuddles with me when I passed out and brings me food but that's it. If she gets sick I'll take care of her but still will feel guilty.
