-In a team meeting she kept laughing at my jokes. The jokes weren't even funny and no one else laughed (I'm not her boss so it's not like she felt she had to laugh)
- If I'm working next to her, I stare at her sometimes for a few seconds a time. At worst she doesn't mind. But oftentimes she looks up at me and smiles in a cute slightly shy way. Sometimes she winks at me! She doesn't wink or smile at anyone else
Yesterday I offered to walk her to her bus stop after work because she didn't know where it was...
-I put my arm around her while we were walking and she leaned in close and smiled.
-I asked her about her family and then if she had a boyfriend. she said no.
-After a few seconds silence she asked me if i had a girlfriend. I said no. She asked why. I said cause I was waiting for a nice girl to come along
-I had my arm around her the whole time and then we sat down at the bus stop
-She kept apologizing for taking my time and I said it's OK cause I like talking to you. She smiled.
-We talked the whole time. We had a lot in common. Similar hobbies, background, personality.
-We were sitting real close, thighs touching, my arm around her. I told her her hair looked nice. She laughed shyly and said "after a hard days work? no". I said "yes it really is nice" and stroked my fingers through it. She didn't look at me. No facial expression but maybe shy. She didn't move away at all though
-I complimented her eyelashes and her fingernails. And I held and stroked her fingers. Same reaction
-I told her she was sweet. She told me she wasn't sweet cause she has a man's mind and that she doesn't get on with girls. I laughed and said "ok you're not sweet. How about nice?" She said ok and laughed. When her bus came I stroked her fingers while we said goodbye
Today she winked and smiled as usual. But she finished earlier than me and she had a kinda sad look on her face when we said goodbye like she wanted me to come with her
She could have lied to spare my feelings by saying she didn't want a boyfriend. She could have told the truth. Instead she did both. She told me a lie and told me the painful truth. I feel like my heart has been kicked into the ground :(
Feel much better now. Found out that this girl is a total tease. I was the only coworker she flirted with (still don't know why). But found out she has flirted with so many clients and got them to think she likes them (doesn't happen to other female coworkers by the way). And even though she's with this guy now she's flirting with guys on social media according to my coworkers. I felt bad when she rejected me. But would feel worse if she said yes and then
