I truly don't think I do. I'm very judgmental in general (just my personality), and I treat myself no different. I HATE taking picture because no matter the angle, lighting, etc I ALWAYS look terrible. I don't like my appearance and pictures only validate the things I don't like. I've only recently started taking pictures recently because I'm a junior and I want to have pictures with my friends before college. One of the picture is from the other day at school and my friend just sent it to me:
I feel like my eyes look dark, my lips look thin and weird, my eyebrows are thin and uneven and although I thought my hair looked nice at the time, I now realize it looks like absolute crap (just to name a few, I have more). Am I being irrational or do you see where I'm coming from? Ps: I'm aware that I am not pretty, so please ignore that part in the comments...
You are being harsh on yourself. But I value people who are their own worst critics - I am too. Also -you'll feel better once you give yourself a break every once in a while.
Why would you think anything about yourself is ugly? You look beautiful, who have you been comparing yourself to?

I personally don't feel like I'm beautiful in the least. I'm average AT BEST. And that's a little too much as well. I'm not one of those people who thinks everyone is beautiful, because it's not true
Yes it is, because as ugly as you think you are someone thinks you're the most beautiful creature to have even graced us with your presence. I looked at you and thought you were perfect. You have a gorgeous smile, your complexion looks so smooth and endless. It's like a river of melted chocolate. Your hairstyle is cute and fun, it makes you look like a sweet heart and your fashion is on point 100%. Your eyes, nose, brows, and lips suit your face perfectly. Honestly everything about you is beautiful and it's a shame you can't see it. You may not believe a word I said but know I meant it 100%. I hope one day you can see in yourself what I see as well as many many others see in you because you are seriously flawless.
Not just you, I think all women should try to base their career on more than just looks alone. Focus more on your abilities rather than your perceived flaws.
