I was actually expecting women's reactions to be different than what they are; it seems like most are intimidated. I've only ever met one girl who I was intimidated by because she was so hot. She just drove me wild to the point when I just felt awkward being around her. That being said on three different occasions when she actually talked to me I've been so intimidated by her that the most I could get out was one or two words before walking away. I just assumed she would have a boyfriend really, which I later found out to be true.
This also makes me question if this has ever happened to me since I pretty much never have women approach me or hit on me, yet a lot of my female friends who are in relationships say I'm good looking. But I personally think I'm not good looking. It makes me unsure if I am fugly or hot or somewhere in between really.
Some girls will not approach hot guys because they are intimidated by them but if the guy approaches her she will open up and talk to him. Women are becoming bolder and will actually go up to a guy they find attractive or message him randomly.
Yes it is. I used to do it all the time. I was shy and scared to death that he'd realize how much I was crushing, find out and humiliate me, like reject me in the worst possible way. Also, if I had any hopes of getting with him, I felt like ignoring him would make him notice me. Also, I had my pride, and didn't want to feed his ego like all those girls that gushed over him.
Now I stop engaging in such nonsense behavior. I approach any hot, interesting guy with confidence (yeah right, the adrenaline rush is like jumping off mt. everest) but I believe in conquering my fears. I'm quite good at it. Just wish I could find a worthy target.

Personally I've never "avoid" a guy because he's good looking, if i'm interested I'll make it know and I'll chat with him and take it from there.

I have never been intimidated because of a guy's good looks, but I have been intimidated by this hot guy because he was so hostile and psycho. He got so intimidated by me because I didn't like him back.
Sometimes. I can find that at times its hard to look them in the eye when talking to them.
